Who we are

What we store

We use no analytics or advertising cookies and build no visitor profiles. We only process personal data in these cases:

Visiting the website. Our host Vercel logs the technical data needed to serve the site, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser, to keep the website running safely.
Reservations. Table bookings run through Zenchef. When you open the booking window or go to the booking page, Zenchef processes your details (name, contact details, date, number of guests) so we can handle your reservation.
Job applications. When you apply through our careers page, your name, email address, message and CV are forwarded to our inbox by the FormSubmit service. We use them only for recruiting and delete them at the latest six months after the process ends, unless you allow us to keep them longer.
Contact by email or phone. We use your message only to reply to you.

Third-party services

Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): fonts load from Google’s servers, which passes your IP address to Google.
Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.): the map on the contact page loads from Google. Google may process data such as your IP address and set cookies.
Zenchef (Zenchef SAS, France): booking system, see above.
Vercel (Vercel Inc.): website hosting.
Social networks: Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are plain links. Their privacy policies only apply once you click through.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, based on the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Legal basis

We process data to perform a contract or take steps before one (reservations, applications, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in a safe, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Just write to moien@restaurantliving.lu.
